Shorbat Molokhia - Molokhia soup with grilled chicken and rice

Enjoy the mild flavor of molokheiya soup with grilled chicken and pasta rice.

Maqluba - Palestinian upside-down rice with chicken and vegetables

A Palestinian home-cooked dish made by cooking fragrant fried eggplant, cauliflower, potatoes, etc. with chicken and serving it upside down on a large plate.
