Kebab Karaz - Braised kofta with cherry sauce.

A traditional dish from Aleppo, Syria, made from minced lamb kebabs stewed in a cherry and pomegranate sauce

Kofta Tahini - Baked kofta with sesame sauce

A Palestinian national dish of grilled kofta kebabs baked in an oven with sesame sauce

Mansaf - Slow-braised bone meat in yogurt sauce with rice

A hospitality dish of the desert people, the Bedouin, made with lamb or chicken bones stewed in a yogurt sauce.

Shorbat Molokhia - Molokhia soup with grilled chicken and rice

Enjoy the mild flavor of molokheiya soup with grilled chicken and pasta rice.

Maqluba - Palestinian upside-down rice with chicken and vegetables

Savory fried eggplant, cauliflower, potatoes, etc. are cooked together with the chicken, then inverted onto a platter and served.
